Joe, You are so right! Stay away from AVS4YOU. The support is like a recording...Delete all AVS4YOU
software and reinstall. Even then you get the same bugs you had before. Asked for a refund...it's a
big hassle... more cost to download a form, fill it out and either FAX it or mail it to Great
Britain. That is not cheap. I am guessing that they think when people see the hassle and cost they
will just give up on getting their money back.
Good thing I put it on my credit card.
I put in a challenge, the credit card agency will refund me immediately and deal with these crooks.
Run away!!!! Do not buy anything from AVS4YOU. They will offer no support. After having the Video
Converter and Video Editor on my PC for about a month it required me to re-activate. The first time
it worked. Again a month later it required a reactivation but now it gives me a message that
according to their records I have this software on more than one computer and I must pay for
additional registration. That is not true. I only have this on one computer. It is just a scheme to
make more money. I have complained but have not received any response. Purchase from these crooks at
your own risk.
This isn't a warez / serialz platform. If you've registered the software, why don't you ask the
AVS support for a duplicate of your key? If you didn't register, you don't have the right to
use the registered-only functions the software. It's illegal to use a foreign license key
("serial") that's not your own - you're stealing the work from that company.
